7 month old won’t feed unless sleeping, reverse cycling for months

my 7 month old only feeds when waking from a nap or literally sleeping (at night time). she will take a bottle when awake (but max 4 oz), but will never breastfeed while awake. she has only fed to sleep once. she has been like this since we started breastfeeding 2 months in (she was 5 weeks premature). because she feeds in this way, it seems like it’s easier for her to feed at night, and so she feeds frequently at night. I am losing my mind, it has been months since I’ve gotten any sleep. Any tips? I’m thinking about getting a Night nanny for a week so that I can have a break, but I’m wondering if she can help push the baby to feed less often too?
