God such an amazing game from start to finish. Not a single missed step or bad section. Music was phenomenal, level design was top tier. Balance was spot on though Lunatic difficulty enemies were spongey.

Story was just so tightly knit and well executed. It made me realize that a lot of story based games these days hinge around revenge, death, sadness, loss, and having a tragic backstory, all while pandering to players like they can't identify any themes themselves. Not this one. The dialogue between Hugh and Diana was so organic and realistic, with some heavy topics and themes yet they don't harp on about it. Things are kept light and god-forbid actually positive and it works wonders. Diana is chatty but I never felt annoyed. Hugh is pretty simple but he's not a piece of wood.

As for the trophies, they are all very easy to get with the exception of the lunatic difficulty one, but that's not that bad. Powerpyx has it at 6/10 and while they're usually bang on I think it's a 5 at most, with most people seeing a 4. Some parts require a bit of cheese but that cheese isn't hard or outside the bounds of the games intent.

Not really a spoiler but it could mess up your ending experience so only read if you've beaten the game: >! This is the only game to make me shed a tear in my 27 years of gaming!<
