I never really noticed until today that my levels are really high until my friend and I compared it. I do take Adderall. Could that affect it? Is anyone else this high? Also, the past month I did have some family stuff come up, so it would make sense.
Any suggestions or tips to get you down?

I had one minor warning sign, but my body temperature has been high. My heart rate has been evaluated. Also, yesterday I literally was lazy, and it said I experienced more than usual stress, but I feel fine.😂😭 So maybe I’m getting sick. Has this happen to anyone?
