My friend and I will be starting at UCF this August, and we’re currently looking for housing near the Downtown campus.

Our budget is limited, and we hope to keep the monthly housing cost under USD 800 per person. Since my friend doesn’t have a car, we’re hoping to find a safe and convenient place close to campus.

Does anyone have suggestions for finding suitable housing nearby? Or is anyone currently looking for roommates?
