Tattoo Shop in SFV or near LAX?
I have an in-memoriam tattoo to recognize my friends and family who are no longer with us. I need to add a few more initials but don't have a trusted artist to go to anymore. Anyone got a solid tattoo artist in The San Fernando Valley or near LAX who can touch up my existing ink and add some new initials in a specific font?
