Just wondering, hopefully we don’t have to wait till launch day for them. My internet so soooo slow !

I purchased the beast of a machine and it’s had nothing but constant blue screen crashes. All I’ve been using it for was playing Helldivers 2 and marvel rivals.
dell support recommended a fresh windows install which I did. But sadly the machine just crashes while just idle. I was downloading a game to test the laptop out and left it for a bit to find out in the space of 4 hours it had crashed nearly 5 times.

I’ve written an email to customer support explain my the situation. I either want an exact replacement or a full refund.

All the tests say there’s no faults but honestly I have no idea what else to do. This whole experience has made me distressed and I’m not sure what to do anymore.

Here’s my specs. If there’s any ideas on what might be the issue but yeah. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll get an answer when I call them up. I’m very close to day 30 and want to get it sorted asap. I’ve really lost confidence in them after this experience so far :/ when it worked it was the best thing ever

So I’ve had the laptop nearly a month now. The past week I’ve had issues with crashing while playing games. I let the games play at optimised settings and I cap the frame rate to 120/60 depending on the game.
Helldivers 2 & Marvel rivals seem to be the ones that cause it. Maybe I’ve put the settings to high I don’t know. But you’d think this laptop could handle the highest specs ?

I’ve kept the laptop up to date with all the drivers and what not. I won’t lie I’m a noob when it comes to this side of stuff. I just let windows/nivida/alienware update when I see there’s an updated needed.

I’ll contact dell support today but I thought I’d post in here and see if anyone’s got any advice on this.
