Cricut Maker print and cut misalignment. Calibration fixes one side but breaks the other

FIXED!

I took a couple of people's advice, and this is how I fixed it.

1 - Quit Design Space and unplugged the machine

2 - Opened Design Space back up and started a new file

3 - Left quite a bit of room between my sticker files and the corners of the working space (1.5 - 2 inches)

Original Problem:

I'm hoping someone has experienced this exact issue because I'm completely stuck.

When my machine is calibrated to where the cuts align on the correct lines (11-K), the stickers on the LEFT side of the sheet are cut off on their left edge (see photo of individual sticker).

I re-calibrated and selected line 1 to shift the cut over. Now the left-side stickers are perfect — but the stickers on the RIGHT side of the sheet are being cut off on their right edge (see photo of full paper test cut).

No matter what I do, one side is right and the other is wrong.

Details:

- Machine: Cricut Maker

- Printer: Epson 2800

- Computer: Mac Desktop, macOS Monterey 12.7.5

- Printing at 100% every time (triple-checked)

- Paper is square on the mat

I have gone through the troubleshooting on the wiki here, and gone step by step with AI, even trying to find videos on YouTube with the same issue.

Has anyone dealt with this? I'm going in circles. Any help appreciated!
