I know a similar post was made recently but I didn't want to reply to everyone responding with my specific qualifiers.

I recently started working right downtown Bay center area. What are some good lunch spots/items you can reasonably order and eat in about 20 minutes?

I'm scared to try something new and be late to work or have to leave a paid meal to be thrown out because it took too long.

So far I reccomend Banh Mi Ba and Taste of Lebanon but I want to expand my options.
