New (used) work truck recos?

I run my operation out of a 2010 Prius.

I’m ready to level up.

Not because I absolutely need to, but because I’d prefer to have more gear on-hand instead of “back at the shop”, and because I offer (and charge for) high quality workmanship that I feel doesn’t jive with the look of an old hybrid hatchback.

I’ve been “official” for just over a year (after getting sick of sitting at a computer all day).

I have a great core of regulars and more work than I have time for (all from one post in a neighborhood facebook group and the ensuing word of mouth referrals).

I can’t afford a brand new, custom wrapped anything - and don’t know that’s the vibe I want to give off anyway.

Hit me with your recommendations of something I might be able to snag for $20-30k, and not have to repair much for the next 3-5 years.

SUVs are also an option because I’d like to use it to haul the family on occasion.

Bonus points for:
*4WD (it snows here)
*Something with a cab that can accommodate two car seats comfortably
*Reasonable fuel efficiency

Thanks in advance!
