14 VP 8 Player Vuil‘Raith Game
Any thoughts on first round as Vuil‘Raith in this situation? Playing 14p in person so gonna be a long one
Barony is Speaker, expecting trade and politics as first two strat card picks.
I’m playing Vuil‘Raith for the first time and I am unsure about whether to just go Construction for a solid R1 setup or to pick up either Leadership or Diplomacy for the Breakthrough access
Leadership would allow for Tech Construction Warfare and Diplo/Imperial Secondary (am I crazy if I put 3 in tactics and do all 5?), getting the BT by throwing away the secret first turn, but this would mean not having any Dimensional Tears where i could move ingress tokens..
Diplo seems like a rather lackluster pick tho because, while granting me bt access, it comes at a big cost, expecting Mahact to explore the Tech Skip expedition, and it denies me either Tech or Warfare if i want to build a space dock with Construction secondary..
