Perma banned for no reason
No reason in any of the emails, useless ai customer service, had a rep call me, they were maybe the worst customer service agent I have ever spoken to. Nearly 8 minutes of silence, only for them to not be able to do anything or even tell me what happened.
My account should be in good standing. I dont use their forums, I bought 2 items, 1 had to be refunded because it was fake, with photos proving it, the other was totally fine and the payment processed sucessfully. I even offered to send the fake item back to the seller if they sent me a return shipping label after i reported it and they insta refunded me and got no response at all.
I did nothing to violate their terms in any way.
Edit: I just spoke with another agent and they were actually able to help me. Talking with multiple agents seems to be helpful. All my account needed was verification, and the first rep asked me almost no questions and just denied me. The second one went through the process and everything is fine.
Dont let AI turn you away, the ai chatbot is not helpful at all.
