I have a Titan security that I've been using for my Google and MS accounts. When I originally set it up and when I log in, it asks me for a pin code before I have to touch the key. All that is fine and working. BUT, I now want to use it for Tuta. It sets up and all appears to be fine, but when I go to log in and use the key, it doesn't do anything when I touch it. It doesn't ask for the pin code I set up when I first used the key with Google. Is this pin code the problem?
