What does this mean?

❌ Your metadata would be stored by electronic service providers - for example messaging and email providers -  for up to 12 months.

❌ The government would force these companies to build surveillance capabilities directly into their platforms.

The government calls it “lawful access” but we know that  forcing providers to enable access to encrypted data puts EVERYONE'S privacy & security at risk. 😡

Because we know that there is no backdoor for the good guys only!

I am currently migrating from Outlook to Tuta Calendar and have noticed a few minor issues.

In the "To" field for events, it is possible to select a past time. For example, the screenshot shows an event scheduled from 3:00 PM to 1:00 PM, which should not be allowed. While the system does not save this invalid range and automatically adjusts it to 3:00 PM-3:30 PM. Adding a restriction to prevent selecting past times would be a good detail to address, as this behavior differs from Outlook.

Additionally, instead of scrolling through a list of 256 options for event occurrences, it would be more efficient to have a blank input box where I can type the desired number directly. For instance, if I want 50 occurrences, I should not have to scroll to find it. These are not deal breakers as nothing is broken, but I wanted to share my observations in case they are helpful.

I’m getting spoofed emails. The same exact one over and over. It has my email as both from and to.

It says that the technical sender is different than the from. So why can’t they just tell me what the actual sender is so I can block them? I’m getting these every day for a month. I don’t want them going to spam, I don’t want to receive them at all!
