This is my first time being told to do the low fibre diet before a colonoscopy and I was wondering what fast foods are ok to eat. Rn all I want is KFC and McDonald's but Im not sure if I'm allowed to.

Advice on replacement or repair

Not my photo but that's the current issue with my car is these top plastic bits. I know this is a common issue with them so does anyone have any advice on how to repair them?
