Working on a 6700 with a swift gateway. Having issues getting all 9 devices to show in the swift software and go normal

Ex. MOD_24/25 shows trouble but all other devices are fine and meshed. Tamper 24/25 and 30/31 goes missing. Go back to 30/31 and tamper and 24/25 goes missing again.

-Arrived with 5 low batts on AV side of bases

-Replaced batteries

-System Normal

-Preformed fire alarm inspection

-System passed inspection

-After reset AV base 24/25 trouble

-Tampered 24/25

-30/31 trouble

-tampered 30/31

-24/25 trouble

Tech support has been no help.

Panel, gateway, and devices show newest firmware.

Have tried everything I can think of in swift tool and have verified proper programming in the panel.
