I received the Great British Baking Show -Comfort Bakes cookbook for Christmas so I've been working my way through the recipes!

It's been fun using grams as units of measurements instead of using measuring cups. The cake turned out super tasty and may have converted me to a carrot cake person.

M only complaints were that it didn't rise as much as I hoped (likely user error) and there wasn't quite enough icing.
