Hello gourami community! I have two honey gouramis in a 40 gallon tank and noticed that one of them has a slightly bulge on its side. It almost looks like an air bubble inside of it. Otherwise the gourami is acting normally from what I observe, maybe being slightly shyer than usual?

I’ve had these fish for 7 months now. It seems like other gourami is the dominant one and I have noticed that the other gourami chases this one occasionally so I’m worried about it being stressed out and having some kind of illness…

I tested my water parameters: ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5ppm, so I should be fine there. I’m going to continue observing, but should I be concerned about this?
