Weird Sirens

Hey y'all! I'm visiting some family in Millville currently. I heard a siren that sounded exactly like a tornado one we get back home, so I raced to get dressed, only for it to start moving away? Is there a first responder group that has these sirens or something? Just want to put my mind at ease for the next time I hear it!

What's this bowl in my tea set?

Hi guys! This tea set was bought for me in Korea when I was a baby, and I finally trust myself to use something so pretty! I know what the big bowl is for, but can anyone help me with what the smaller bowl is? I can't find anything about it online, and it's got a flat bottom unlike the bowl and cups.
