My dad just messaged me about a charge for ~$5 being made to his Paypal account from Steam today. My brother and I share an email that we used when we were younger, and he has access to it aswell. The email was sent to that address, using his Paypal account. He doesn't recall any purchases that could have been made by my brother, and I just woke up so it wasn't me. Is this a real email? If it is, what steps do we make to figure out where this is from and how to remove his account from it?

I'm 18 and not in school. Pretty much everyone I know is either busy or unable to hang out, so i've been hella lonely. I'm really shy too so it makes it really hard for me to make friends 🥲 Where do people hang out?? I was pretty sheltered so I'm not super familiar with Bahamian people despite the fact i've lived here most my life 💀 New Providence btw
