Trying to keep the basic weapons relevant

The first three weapons are savage fang, stone breaker, and steel splitter. They get a skill once they go divine - 10% chance to gain damage in their given type on an enemy or tree kill. The amount is small but helpful…until your damage is in the tens of millions. Far as I’ve seen, these are the only weapons that never get secondary skills.

I want to fix that.

Savage fang secondary skill:

On hit: 2% chance to claim kill bonus without killing target. Can proc repeatedly on same target.

Stone breaker secondary skill:

On hit: 2% chance to claim soul drops without killing target. Can proc repeatedly on same target.

Steel splitter secondary ability:

On hit: 5% chance to claim weapon or armor drop without killing target. Can proc repeatedly on same target.

Steel splitter would have a higher proc chance because there are far fewer targets with weapons and armor drops.

What do you think? Smaller proc chance? Maybe a diminishing return? I’d hate to have a daily limit. Also a great balance for the soul book ability to wipe targets out for the whole day.

Need quest help, please.

I am strong enough to defeat almost every enemy in the deity village, yet I can’t do enough damage to the final metal boss in the third quest - the gas mask one. The regen and dodge is just insane. Might be different for others, but I must face this enemy in a hammer weak environment and they are too slow to overtake the healing. Any advice on how to overpower the regeneration and dodging of that enemy?

Edit: it is the fifth quest, not third. For me, the boss is around 600 mil hp, less than most of the deity village enemies but the dodge and health gain makes it feel impossible.

About these crystals

There is a number on the bottom right of these crystals. What are they? The two last greens are both health but won’t stack, so I doubt they are stacks of crystals. What is the point of that number?
