How do I bring back my spark?
I went through a lot of changes in the past two years that I couldn't catch a break. I feel like I've lost the already very little love I had for life. Therapy is not affordable for me atm and I can't talk to my family about my mental health. I've been treating so many years of my life as a transition phase which will eventually lead to a good life but I forgot that I have to create this so called good life.
What are some ways through which I can regain a sense of self and find a way to myself again? I don't need a grand list of things, just a few things I can do without relying on someone else and without spending too much. Thank you.
