Signs
I lost my 11 year old border collie/cattle dog on Tuesday. She has been with me through all of life's big moments (moving states, marriage, having kids). She was the most loyal and loving companion you could ever ask for. She was my soul dog and, when she left, it completely devastated me.
When it happened, my mother brought over these toy stuffed stars for our girls to symbolize that Penny was a star in their lives. The stars light up and twinkle only when they are moved or hugged.
Recently I have been asking Penny for a sign she was ok wherever she was. Today, I was missing her bad and suddenly one of the girls stars lit up and played the twinkle sound with no one in the room... I walked into the room and it did it again. There is no reasonable explanation that it should have done that sitting still on the bed. I take that as a sign from Penny that she is still here with me.
I'm curious what others have seen or felt as signs from their loved pets from the otherside.
