Question po I would like to ask what to expect in final interview in tdcx aside po sa role play? Just wanted to ask some tips po kung pano maka pasa sales consultant specialist po yung account ko. I have 4 years bpo experience in collections and customer service. Any thoughts din po sa account if you are currently working in tdcx Malaysia?
