Sorry for the language, but I'm Italian and I couldn't change it to English

I was playing to complete some missions, and I noticed that if I wanted to redeem some rewards from the pass, it would give me the message "you're not connected."

So I tried to restart the game, and once I got in, he gave me this screen and said, "The game is experiencing problems connecting with online services. Wait a few minutes and try again."

I'm on Nintendo Switch, did anyone else have this problem?
