
HELP with 8015000A ERROR on Xbox360 with new account
Okay so I spent 30 hours trying to fix this stupid error, no matter what I do it won't download the profile from a new account. Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there even a fix for it?
I tried:
Making the account from Xbox One halfway through trick (dosent work)
Making the account on Microsoft then login in to 360 (dosent work)
Enabling 2FA and generating an App Password (dosent work)
Disabling 2FA (dosent work)
Login in to an Xbox One and trying to download the profile through a backwards compatible game (dosent work)
Cleared the cache (obviously doesnt work)
Login in through the Avatar Originals App, changing the 360 avatar then trying to log in (dosent work)
Turn on/off recurring billing (I don't even have a subscription)
Trying to connect through hostpot on Xbox One and cable on the 360 (dosent work)
Tried to change the password and only use a short no special characters password (dosent work)
Tried to make an offline account on Xbox360 then link it to a fresh Microsoft email (dosent work)
Keep spamming/trying to log in 25+ times (dosent work)
Power cycling the Xbox 25+ times + factory reset (dosent work)
Adding the xbox360 as a registered device for my account (dosent work)
Make a fresh Microsoft email from a Windows Phone and try that (doesn't work)
And other things, literally everything imaginable and no matter what it just doesn't want to work. I tried 20 different new email accounts from Microsoft made in 20 different environments.
As last resort I just ended up contacting Microsoft, I told the Chat Bot that I have a billing issues (that's the only way to connect you with a human) then I told the guy everything, he said the issue is well known and I need to try the App Password and Clearing Cache which I did again and it didn't work so he eventually said it will escalate to a specialist and asked for my email address to contact me later (obviously they'll never do that).
Now, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX THIS? I DIDN'T SLEPT FOR 2 DAYS TRYING TO FIX THIS, ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!
