Why can small countries spawn 20,000 mercenaries in 1400?
So I'm playing with some friends and since the beginning of the game, countries with like 60 tax base can spawn like 10 to 20k mercenaries and still have like 1k in the bank and 3 gold of monthly revenue. In my run, Walhalachia was able to spawn 50k mercenaries and 20K 10 minutes later and still have 4K in the bank and a positive income. Do someone have an idea why it is like that?
