I pre-ordered on may 20th “gamesir tarantula pro for Xbox wired e-sports controller” and it said shipping is expected on June 2nd. Now it’s June 10th.
I’ve written a mail to official gamesir support email, and all I got is the same copy pasted AI answer.

Idk what the hell is wrong with such a companies, if you’re famous you get better attitude, if you’re simple casual man, they’ll ignore you, answer only when they want and do nothing forward helping you.

Can someone please help me? I don’t know what to do it’s been my first experience to order a thing from a company itself and I didn’t expected that at all…
