Our shower tile was finished yesterday and I think it was a bigger job than the installer anticipated. He was there this past weekend and was still there at 10pm last night finishing. I am not sure if he had another job to start today, Monday, that was the rush but I am not happy with the results. Please tell me if I am overreacting. We are supposedly a week away from move in but I doubt that will be the case. I’ve attached pictures of the finished product. I am assuming that he is completely finished, but his equipment is gone from our garage so I feel a little confident that this is the finished product.

Is this normal and some of it will clean up or is this a subpar caulking/grouting job??
