Need some recommendations

Mid 30’s male, in great shape, no sleep apnea but snore nightly with scores or 20-30 on SnoreLab. At first I didn’t care but now that I’m back dating I do understand how that can be frustrating for a partner.

I love to sleep on my stomach, but I’m really trying to get use to sleeping on my side, it’s just so difficult for me.

Before I purchase the snoreRX mouthpiece, does anyone have any other solutions or ideas to try?

Current situation, not complaining.

Late 30’s and currents have $1million in taxable brokerage along with $300K in 401K that I max out each year.

I make a modest salary and with some good research and luck, I invested heavily into about 8 stocks in 2018 which is now worth $1 million (NVIDIA a big part of that)

I want to start spending $25-30K a year in travel. Have balance of investing but also living life more now and now just in my 50’s and 60’s.

I have estimated if I keep maxing out my 401K until I’m 57 that it will be worth about $4 million, and that’s with very modest return rate.

What can I do now with the taxable brokerage to generate some travel income annually without selling? Or should I just slowly selling some positions and I want to have the additional income?

I have been rated 50% for Mental Health for 7 years now. I have never tried to even increase it but recent life events have started making me question it.

I applied for a reasonable accommodation 6 months ago due to my mental health.

My wife asked for a divorce 4 months ago, which I blame largely on my mental health.

I have been on medication for 7 years. I also have been seeing a therapist for a year.

Are there any C&P examiners that could tell me if this constitutes an increase? I obviously don’t want to lose what I currently have but my god things are starting to stack up in my life.

I have owned $10K of this stock since early 2019. I have never sold it one time.

I have decided to sell 16 contracts of covered calls with strike price of $270 for 1/15/2027

And another 10 contracts of covered calls with strike price of $275 for 1/15/2027.

That strike price would put this company at an evaluation of $7 trillion.

I have decided that if it hits that level, I am good taking all the profit right then and then. Might it keep going up? Sure, but that evaluation just seems crazy to me when there will only be more competition in the future.
