Long story short, a friend of mines is in jail in Dubai for a small bar fight, i have his jail ID number and he is a resident of Dubai but i am overseas in the west, is there a way i can help or send money via online or is it in person only? Also has anyone been to that jail? I hear mixed things on it and im a bit curious what a day to day for an inmate would be as well as how much store (commissary) items may cost and any additional information that can be helpful to me.

I’m a bit curious if it’s possible to confirm if my friend is being held in a Dubai jail? They are a resident of Dubai, and I am not in Dubai currently but I have not been able to get a hold of them for days and I’m pretty concerned. In the states where I’m from there’s online searches, but I haven’t been able to find any for Dubai so I’m under the impression that is a completely different system. If somebody could point me in the right direction to maybe get some relief I would greatly appreciate it.
