wanting to get another va position
first post here. i want to land a second va position that is task-based with no fixed schedule. my target rate is $7–$10/hr, ideally in publication or social media management. i managed publications and edited pubmats back in university, but i don't have a professional background in it yet.
i'm currently a voice appointment setter earning around ₱60,000/month. my workload is very manageable, so as long as there are no schedule conflicts, i can handle another part-time or full-time gig.
since my current client was a direct referral, i don't know how to find clients on my own. what types of businesses should i target, and how do i look for them? also, what should i watch out for before juggling two jobs?
note: not interested in agencies unless they can match my current rate.
