My wireless mouse died in the middle of the game, and I was out for 5 minutes, and I got a ban! This automatic system is nothing but useless! Chat agents are useless! Chat filters are useless! This whole game is being run by bunch of idiots. YOU HAVE A COMPANY WORTH MILLIONS AND MILLIONS AND YOU CAN'T FIX THE DAMN GAME.
