Hi, I am seeking advice regarding a property concern. I purchased a subdivided lot in our province through a developer. Recently, we found out that they have an ongoing hearing with the Municipal Office and have been placed on hold due to missing LTS. They also have a Cease and Desist status with DHSUD. This developer just started around 2024.

Because of this, I am planning to request a refund and cancel the purchased. However, they already provided me a signed notarized Contract to Sell. May I ask if I still have a strong case to request a refund under these circumstances?
