Studying M.Sc(0 YoE), I am tired of applying for internships in Germany and am considering doing an Internship in the Netherlands instead. Any opinions on this would be much appreciated.

I am a Master's student (M.Sc. in Intelligent Manufacturing, TU Clausthal) in Germany. I am in the 5th semester and am currently looking for internships (my course doesn't have a compulsory internship module). I have been applying for internship roles that are relevant to my course. I have still not received any offers( have been applying since the start of this year. 120 applications as of now).
The entire application process has left me exhausted and confused. Now I am considering other options, such as applying for internships in other EU countries(mainly the Netherlands). Is this a viable option? What would be the impending drawbacks?
