In my boat i have 2 batteries for usage and 1 for starting.

All lead acid, might go lithium on the 2 usage batteries in the future.

Manual switch to isolate the start battery.

Installed a 110w panel to keep batteries topped up as I dont have shore power availible at my dock.

Wired the victron 75/10 to my 2 usage batteries but I also want to use the excess power to help maintain my starter battery.

Should I use a cyrix or orion? Or some sort of trickle charger?

I recently bought a 2855 from 1994.

Im doing some maintenance on it and there is a light switch for the outer lights that is off in the middle position.

When I flip it down all the exterior lights turn on, when i flip it up the fuse blows.

The text above the switch is faded and I cant figure out what the top position is so i can locate the faulth.

Does anybody have a bayliner or know what this switch should turn on?

My thoughts are it should just turn on the white light on the arch. Ancor light. Am I right?

The top light works while the switch is in the down position.

Lights have been changed by the previous owner so maybe there is a wireing issue.
