No confirmation number
Hello so we’re kind of frustrated. I have a trip this Friday and there’s no way to reach anybody at booking.com. I had planned a trip back in April and we got our itinerary, but we never got our confirmation email. When we made the trip, we did call the airport and the hotel and the car rental service to make sure that it was made and all of them confirmed but I never got a confirmation email from booking.com.
because the trip is this week we were looking over all the details and the trip making sure where we’re gonna be staying at and what’s around there and it looks like the hotel that they booked for us is an hour away from where we’re supposed to be staying but since we didn’t get a confirmation email, we’re not able to get any help whatsoever. Does anybody know any way to reach a real human instead of this is AI bullshit we called the hotel and they said that they can’t do any transfers because they’re privately owned even though they are under best Western. It’s just really frustrating because we don’t wanna drive an hour to our hotel and then another hour to where we’re supposed to be for our trip. we did email them, but we can’t wait 2 to 3 days or more because if we don’t cancel the hotel by tomorrow at midnight, then we won’t be able to get a refund but we’re trying to see if booking.com. Can do anything about it.
