Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask how the job market is in Ireland atm, I left in November but going back for October. I worked as a customer service at the bank and then worked 6 months at a big 4 outside Ireland. How good/bad does my situation look?
I just got assigned to my first 2 engagements and I understand absolutely nothing.
I’m new in the audit world and while the experienced associate was trying to explain me about EGA’s and stuff, my mind just went blank and panicked.
I know I’m new (1 month in the firm) and I’m supposed to ask questions but, I don’t even know what to ask, that’s how lost I am 💀
Any advice on how to get through this? I really do wanna perform beyond expected but, I feel very overwhelmed with so much information and not understanding anything whatsoever.
