





I tried ewa agoyin a few months ago and never stopped thinking about it since. I’ve been learning different Nigerian recipes and this one has been the easiest yet more time consuming.
First time making jollof spaghetti, and just like the jollof rice - I will not be eating spaghetti the same again.
But damn, is it spicy. Maybe too much curry powder, or maybe I’m not ready for two scotch bonnet peppers yet.
