Why is Rock'Tal lifeform level lagging?
After sending out a lot of Exploration Ship missions, I have a discrepancy in my lifeform levels.
Human: 16
Mechas: 12
Rock'tal: 8
Kaelesh: 13
This is annoying, since I'm playing Rock'tal.
Is this normal/expected, and are these Exploration Ship missions really the only way to level up the lifeforms?
