Intended Major(s): Chemistry or Public Health on Pre-Med Track

ACT/SAT/SAT II: Taking the ACT again 2x before EA, aiming for 34+ - Took April ACT but didn't do well

UW/W GPA and Rank: 3.86 UW 4.11 W 34/255 - transferred from a small charter school that didn't do weighted classes - current school sends like 2 students to a t20

Coursework: AP/IB/Dual Enrollment classes, AP/IB scores, etc

8/12 AP's by senior year - 3 on APHUG, 44 Dual enrollment credits by graduation

Awards: High Honor role all of HS + school award nominated by teacher

Extracurriculars: HOSA secretary, FFA sentinel, YIG, 2 part-time jobs, STEM Internship at state school, Certified Nursing Assistant, Founder of Multicultural club, Hospital volunteer with 150+ hours, Varsity Track, JV Volleyball, and NHS

Chem Teacher 4/10 - Probably won't ask for LOR

Math Teacher 7/10 - Favorite teacher, wrote a rec for me this year and I got accepted to a program.

RD: Pitt, UNC Chapel Hill, Notre Dame, Case Western, Carleton, and Vanderbilt

Really want to attend UW-Madison ATM, though I don't have any dream schools, looking to attend a college that gives me good aid + some prestigious
