You have to stop putting your happiness in material things, in outer things and start putting it in yourself. Beauty, muscles, money, friends, relationships, girls, work, health everything will pass away. We age, things around us die, we will die the only thing that stays is your character, your soul. If you do retention to get women attraction it will end at some point or you might not even get any, if you do it to make money they will end to or you’ll find out that money do more bad than good and so on. If you do retention and everything for your inner peace for your own self to clear your soul to bring light and order within you, the joy will never end.
Everything ends someday, a war might start tomorrow, an earthquake might come, a disease might kill everybody and leave only you but if you already moved the source of your happiness, if you are totally at peace with yourself you’ll be fine in every possible situation. All the things that bother you, even if they are coworkers, family, friends, wife, your bank account, the problem is within you, you cannot change a single thing outside what is in your power you can’t change others or the weather or world economy, you can give advice, yes, but it’s up to that person if it listens to it or not and people usually won’t because they are stiff. But you can change yourself in every second of your life you can improve, you can become better, it’s such a blessing, just stop looking for joy around and start building it inside you. “The kingdom of God is within you seek thy Heaven within”
