Hi, I just got a s25 that's 2nd hand and the problem is that the battery isn't kinda good. I've been using it for like, 3 hours without using it heavily and the battery dropped from around 47% to 19%, is that normal for the s25? or should I be worried?

Hello, does anybody know how to fix this? Bought it recently and the power button plus the screen won't turn on, which then doesn't allow me to put the printheads because there's no power. Can this problem be solved simply, or should I ask the store for a replacement?
