This took ages, but I did it as I haven't found a complete pre-bombing chart anywhere and figured I could make one myself.
Using a website named SeriesGraph and the wayback machine, I was able to painstakingly find the peak ratings for every single episode in Attack on Titan. As is detailed on the SeriesGraph chart, I have the date, rating and number of votes on that date, as well as the episode name, thumbnail and description for every episode.
As most of you will know, AoT was review bombed on several occasions, with the main ones occuring in April 2022 as Season 4 Part 2 was airing, and then later in November 2023 with the release of the finale. Some episodes have also been targeted since then.
