Svkm admission form

I applied for Upg, mithibai and nmcc did the whole process then i refreshed the page cause it froze now only Upg is submitted and when I try to apply separately again for Mithibai and nm it's saying that I've already applied tried to pay for Mithibai and nm for their websites but since they're all interconnected it only shows Upg what am I gunna do Tommorow is the last date. What should I doo ?!???

Also payment karte wakt Upg ki jagah nm dikha raha hai

Update- I paid the 500rupess and all the three colleges are showing.....now I just hope the form and everything is correct cause the receipt I have is showing everything is correct but I just don't want any last min problems
