Hey everyone. I’ve been running pretty consistently since November, have ran a 4 mile race and now training for a 10k in June.

My question is how normal is is for your legs to be sore like all the time? It feels like my legs need at least 2 days in between runs because they hurt the days after runs. It kinda feels like pain all over, not one specific spot. Is this normal? I feel like my legs should be used to running by now. I don’t up my mileage at all really, I’ve been running around 7-8 miles a week pretty consistently.
