I had a soccer match a couple days ago and missed a penalty to tied up the game in it. I’m not sure if this counts as a panic attack but before i took it i couldn’t breathe at all and my heart was beating kind of irregularly, when i missed i heard the other team laughing at me and could see how disappointed my teammates and coaches were. I’m the captain of my team and i’m meant to be the one who leads the team but im too scared to face my team in training this week and feel like i’ve let everyone down.
