I need help figuring out the bottom border stitch of this bralette, as well as the edging along the cups.

I've already crocheted the cups and I've made many bralettes before. I just can't figure out how they do the chain zigzag before the shells and what multiple of stitches the bottom edging is. I really like the gaps at the bottom. I just can't tell what stitches were used and how to attach the charms. The cup edging looks like it has a picot stitch, but once again I'm not familiar with how they got the gaps before the picot stitches.
