I’ve had my WH-1000XM5 for about 4 years and recently started having battery issues. When I plug them in, there’s no orange charging light at all. When I turn them on, it briefly shows that I have 100%, but then it drops to 10% almost immediately. And from what I’ve read, it seems like it is a battery issue and I probably need to replace it.
I’m considering either:
1.Replacing the battery myself ( from what I have seen on videos, it doesn’t look too complicated)
2. Taking it to a repair store
Any advice??
