Got a new router a few days ago.

Can't connect the speaker to the Wi-Fi.

Worked twice, wired straight to the router, but doesn't work when connected through the Ethernet outlet.

Tried factory reset, nothing.

Tried the Wi-Fi connection when connected to the router. nothing

It finds the network fine, but when I put in the password, it doesn't join and says it's unable to.

I'm aware it could be a GHz difference between 5 GHz in my router and 2,4 Ghz in the speaker, but after googling my router, the information shows that the router can supposedly do both at once.

Is this the end of my Sonos speaker journey? because seriously, a 500$ speaker that has to be replaced because it can't talk to newer tech is a hit and sink when it comes to this brand.
