People stop talking down on you and become less condescending once you start to look older.
So in the past six months I have had a drastic change in the way I look. My hairline receeded further back, even though it wasn't great from mid 20s itself. But on top of that, my hair also started thinning and I look around 35+ even though I'm 30.
People from office adminstration to shopkeepers and bus conductors now talk politely and with care. Even if I make mistakes or become careless, they don't say anything. Whereas just six months ago, the bus conductor would shout if I didn't have change, the shopkeeper would take rudely, the people in the administration wouldn't call me sir.
Now everywhere, everyone people call me sir, from fellow train passengers to delievery boys or cab drivers.
Did anyone else feel the change in the behaviour of people towards oneself if one started looking older?
